Parts
In most cases new original Apple parts are used however it is sometimes it is necessary to use refurbished parts. This applies mainly to 1st generation iPhones.
Shipping
Send your device preferably in its original box without accessories. Please remember to fully charge the device if possible before shipping and fullyturn the iPhone off by holding down the power button. Also remove your SIM card before shipping.
